Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Don Donaldson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Baramari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Donaldson's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, East Bound and Down. Baramari has chosen James Last - Happy Music as his entrance music. Bob Baramari has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Don Donaldson's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bob Baramari!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, John Roberts and Reed Andrews.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baramari throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Donaldson.
Donaldson works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Baramari looks gassed!
Baramari fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Donaldson is out of range.
Baramari keeps the fight on the outside.
Bob Baramari seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Donaldson is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Baramari shoots in but no luck this time.
Baramari throws a push kick but Donaldson slaps the foot to one side.
Donaldson lands a big shot that drops Baramari! Can he finish him?

Donaldson gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Donaldson fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Baramari looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Donaldson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Donaldson fails with an attempt to clinch.
Donaldson tries to land a leg kick but Baramari saw it coming and moves away.
Donaldson throws an overhand right that lands on Baramari's shoulder, as Baramari tries to avoid the shot.
Baramari takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Donaldson scores with a jab.
Donaldson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Baramari swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Donaldson paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Donaldson darts in and clinches Baramari up against the cage.

Donaldson breaks from the clinch.
Baramari shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Donaldson has managed to clinch.

Baramari takes one to the side of the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Donaldson tests Baramari's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Donaldson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Donaldson working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Donaldson is working for a kimura but Baramari is defending it quite comfortably.
Donaldson wants to pass the guard but Baramari is defending well.

Donaldson thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Donaldson controlling the pace.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Donaldson stands up out of the half guard.

Baramari slips a jab from Donaldson.

Donaldson shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Donaldson was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
You get the feeling that Baramari really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Donaldson swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Baramari is now in Donaldson's guard. A big mistake from Donaldson there, giving up the dominant position!
Donaldson is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Donaldson has his feet on Baramari's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Baramari throws a right and a left that Donaldson avoids nicely.
Donaldson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Baramari as he jumps to the side.
Baramari throws a head kick but Donaldson moves out of range.
Baramari shoots for a takedown but Donaldson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Baramari throws a head kick that misses.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Baramari swats away the attempt to clinch by Donaldson.
Baramari thows a body kick. Donaldson tries to catch it but that hurt him.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Baramari swats away the attempt to clinch by Donaldson.
Donaldson is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Baramari swings for the body but Donaldson moves out of range.

Baramari keeps control of Donaldson as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Baramari wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Donaldson has him pressed against the cage.
Donaldson goes for a takedown attempt but Baramari pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Baramari throws a combination that misses

and Donaldson counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Baramari's guard now.

Baramari wriggles free and stands up.
Baramari wants to clinch.

Donaldson shoots in but Baramari avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Don Donaldson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Baramari throws a combination. Donaldson tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Don Donaldson is winning the standup battle so far.

Donaldson shoots in and bounces Baramari off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Donaldson takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Donaldson is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Baramari can do to turn this around?
Donaldson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Baramari displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Donaldson throws out the jab.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Donaldson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Baramari sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Donaldson pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Baramari throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Donaldson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Baramari fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Donaldson.
Baramari's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Baramari duly obliges.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!


Baramari throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

Donaldson darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Donaldson looks to throw the jab but Baramari is out of range.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Donaldson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Baramari sprawls well initially but Donaldson persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Donaldson drops an elbow to the side of Baramari's head.
Donaldson wants to control but Baramari is keeping him busy.

Baramari kicks off Donaldson and gets to his feet.
Baramari misses the jab.
Baramari chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Donaldson can pounce on him.
Baramari walks into a straight right hand from Donaldson.
Baramari fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Donaldson checks it well.
Donaldson on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Baramari throws a sloppy head kick and Donaldson moves out of range easily.
Donaldson cracks Baramari with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Baramari throws a body kick that misses.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
The fighters circle momentarily. Donaldson darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Donaldson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
A telegraphed right hand from Donaldson misses the target.
Baramari misses with a few strikes there.
Baramari looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Donaldson throws a hook but Baramari avoids it easily.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Baramari.
Baramari is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Donaldson.
Baramari drops his hands momentarily and Donaldson takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Donaldson falls off balance throwing a combination
and Baramari counters with a head kick. That will keep Donaldson thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Baramari has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.

Baramari tries to clinch but Donaldson moves out of range.
Baramari pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Donaldson cracks Baramari with a right hand to the side of the head.

Donaldson feints and as Baramari raises his hands in defense, Donaldson changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Donaldson wants to control from the top but Baramari keeps moving.
Don Donaldson overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Baramari pushes Donaldson off and gets back to his feet.
Baramari fails with an attempt to clinch.

Donaldson closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Baramari to the mat! Baramari manages to get full guard.

Baramari is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Baramari manages to break the clinch.
Donaldson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Baramari as he jumps to the side.
Baramari throws a nice head kick!
Donaldson could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Baramari wants to land a leg kick but Donaldson is out of range.

Donaldson moves into range and clinches up with Baramari.
Baramari wants to break the clinch but can't.

Donaldson is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Baramari escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Baramari looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Bob Baramari has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Baramari pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

And that's the end of the fight!
Don Donaldson showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Donaldson has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
