The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kamida goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Kamida should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Roy has managed to clinch.
Roy is trying to break free.
Kamida wants to get back to striking at distance but Roy won't allow it.

Kamida gets control of Roy's arms and successfully pulls guard. Kamida will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Kamida manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Roy manages to get himself to full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Roy is staying active underneath Kamida, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Roy is breathing heavily.
Roy is bucking up trying to escape but Kamida cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Roy tries to lock up and control but Kamida gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Kamida is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Roy is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Roy flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Kamida anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Roy and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Kamida slips an arm under Roy chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Kamida has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Kamida is squeezing on Roy like an anaconda would it's prey. Roy fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
