Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Momoshiro Kitsune (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stardust Corpsegrinder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kitsune comes to the cage accompanied by 僕はミス・テイク~. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Momoshiro Kitsune!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Stardust Corpsegrinder!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Albert Achterberg and Paul Aken.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Corpsegrinder throws a head kick but Kitsune moves out of range.

Kitsune tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kitsune has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Corpsegrinder is trying to get back to half guard.
Kitsune has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Kitsune working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

That was a close round but I would say that Momoshiro Kitsune will probably get the nod.

Corpsegrinder has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Kitsune is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Kitsune crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Corpsegrinder - the referee stops the clock and Kitsune gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Corpsegrinder. Kitsune manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Corpsegrinder leaves Kitsune with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Stardust Corpsegrinder showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!


Kitsune will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Kitsune shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Corpsegrinder.

Kitsune manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Corpsegrinder on his heels. He'll look to pass Corpsegrinder's guard now, I'm sure.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Corpsegrinder is on top in guard.

Corpsegrinder gets to his feet. Kitsune looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Kitsune tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Corpsegrinder defends well and Kitsune ends up having to push Corpsegrinder into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Stardust Corpsegrinder comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Corpsegrinder has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
