The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lewis just misses with a punch to the body.
Lewis looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Lewis missing with a left hand there. Frost was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Lewis swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Frost smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
A left lands for Frost.
Frost displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Lewis throws out the jab.
Lewis sizes up Frost with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Leonard Lewis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Frost throws a front kick that sends Lewis stumbling back into the cage.
Lewis looks to land a right hand but Frost moved out of range.
Frost connects with a single shot there.
Frost tries to close the distance and clinch but Lewis swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Lewis misses with a looping left.
Frost steps in with a hook that catches Lewis right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Frost follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Lewis looks absolutely devastated.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Elvis Frost! Elvis Frost retains his light heavyweight title!
A relieved looking Elvis Frost thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
