The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Gifford catches Santos with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Gifford lands an overhand right.

Gifford fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Santos on the side of the head.

Santos shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Gifford's guard.

Gifford paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Santos - great work!
