Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jussi Murikka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Indigo Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left lands for Jones.

It looks like Jussi Murikka has been cut.
Jones thows a left - swing and a miss!
Jones shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Jones tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Murikka defends well and Jones ends up having to push Murikka into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Murikka has hold of one of Jones's legs. Jones is fighting the takedown attempt but Murikka gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Indigo Jones has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Jones might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Murikka haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Murikka throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Jones tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Murikka is in Jones's guard.
