Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eddie Torrez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kendo Yanar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yanar staying out of range there.
Yanar misses with an uppercut. Torrez saw that one coming.
Torrez throws a hook but Yanar avoids it easily.

Yanar is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Torrez doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Yanar.

That was a close round but I would say that Eddie Torrez will probably get the nod.

Yanar felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

After the fight, Kendo Yanar was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
The defeated Eddie Torrez had this to say: 'I've got to talk to my family and my coaches to evaluate my future. I may still be young, but my record as of late has me questioning if I am in the right line of work.'.
