Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDonald uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Jackson has time to react.
Jackson moves out of range of the body kick.

McDonald keeps control of Jackson as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Jackson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. McDonald swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Jackson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but McDonald can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
McDonald seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
