Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Laston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eruptom Jehuvious (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Laston comes to the cage accompanied by D12- Fight Music. Jehuvious has chosen From Dusk Till Dawn as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloppy strikes from Laston. Those never looked like landing.
Jehuvious lands the left hand.

Laston wants to stand and escape but Jehuvious is having none of it.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Eruptom Jehuvious was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Laston looks to land a combination but Jehuvious avoids it well.
Laston lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jehuvious circles away quickly and effectively.
Laston pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Jehuvious back to the cage. Laston follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Jehuvious moves into range and clinches up with Laston.

Jehuvious is pushing Laston up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Laston blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Laston looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Jehuvious is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Laston gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Jehuvious lands a nice shot to the body.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jehuvious is trying to control the position but Laston postures up.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Laston advances to half guard.
Jehuvious is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Jehuvious won't allow Laston to pass to mount.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Laston misses with a jab, cross combination.

Jehuvious takes the fight into the clinch.
Jehuvious misses with a knee strike.
Jehuvious lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Laston wants to break the clinch but can't.
Jehuvious's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Laston tries to break free but Jehuvious pushes him back against the cage.

Laston escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Laston gets a takedown into half guard.
Jehuvious gets full guard.
Jehuvious preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

Laston has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Jehuvious is proving hard to escape from.
Laston has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Jehuvious is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Laston has his hands clasped together but Jehuvious extends and breaks Laston's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Jehuvious.
