The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Ostermalm. No joy for max on that attempt.
max looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
max misses with a head kick.
max shoots in for a double leg but Ostermalm sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Ostermalm feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
max can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Ostermalm controls the pace.
Ostermalm might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

max really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ostermalm. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Ostermalm has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of max's face.
