Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vaimaa Fatu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dragon Warfist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Fatu might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to So Close Now. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Warfist gets caught flat footed, as Fatu shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Warfist tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Warfist looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Fatu puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Warfist can do anything to dispel that myth.

Fatu buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Warfist thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Fatu if he has to take too many more of those.

Warfist ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Warfist tries to close the distance and clinch but Fatu swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Fatu goes for a double leg but Warfist avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Warfist continues to drive forward.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Warfist creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Fatu has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Fatu wants to take a breather but Warfist is having none of it.

That was a close second round but I would say that Vaimaa Fatu will probably get the nod.
