Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mamon Huge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Efrain Vera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Efrain Vera!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Huge gets caught napping as Vera dives in and scores a takedown. Huge manages to retain guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Vera cracks Huge with a solid left hand.
Vera is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Vera chips away with some ground and pound.
Vera distracts Huge with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Vera wants to control from the top but Huge keeps moving.

Huge knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Vera on the ground.
Vera is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Huge will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Vera is nestled in close to Huge, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Vera seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Vera looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Huge with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Vera connects with a nice short shot to Huge's temple.
Vera has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
