Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jared Wild (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Salvatore Lucania (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Wild might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Type O Negative - Love You to Death. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jared Wild!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Salvatore Lucania!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Steven Brown and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wild throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Lucania misses the shot to the body.
Wild misses with an uppercut. Lucania saw that one coming.
A chopping leg kick lands by Wild.
Wild circles away from the clinch attempt
and Wild counters with a head kick. That will keep Lucania thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lucania dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Wild. That did some damage!
Lucania misses with a looping left.
Wild cracks Lucania with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Lucania looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Wild finish him?
It looks like Salvatore Lucania has been cut.
Lucania has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Lucania thuds a left hand into Wild's body.
Lucania lands a nice looking body kick.
Lucania gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Wild gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jared Wild!
Jared Wild made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'Winning while injured is a plus.'.
