The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Rua looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Luoma drops back looking for a leg! Rua is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Rua manages to kick Luoma off! Luoma jumps back into Rua's guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Luoma connects with a nice short shot to Rua's temple.

Luoma is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Rua is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
