The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by BlackBelt or perhaps it was just good defense by Lott which made him look bad.
BlackBelt looks to land a left hand but Lott moved out of range nicely.
BlackBelt throws a front kick that sends Lott stumbling back into the cage.
BlackBelt should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Lott connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Lott rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but BlackBelt moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Lott throws a one two combo.
Lott scores with the left hand. BlackBelt knows he should have avoided that one.
A lazy left from Lott finds it's target.
Lott ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
BlackBelt misses with a looping right.
BlackBelt throws a body punch but Lott moves out of range.
Lott throws a head kick that misses.
Good standup being displayed there by Lott as he connects with a hook.
BlackBelt throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Ronnie Lott seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lott scores with the left hand. BlackBelt knows he should have avoided that one.
BlackBelt swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
BlackBelt throws out a leg kick but Lott moves out of range and BlackBelt only half commits.

letting Lott counter with a right hand.
Lott lands a really nice looking cross but BlackBelt seems unphased.

and Lott counters with a nice uppercut.
BlackBelt wants to clinch.
BlackBelt avoids the head kick by Lott.
BlackBelt fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Lott is out of range.
Lott fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches BlackBelt on the side of the head.
Lott scores with a one two! BlackBelt had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Lott lands a jab to the nose.
Lott scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Lott throws a head kick but BlackBelt moves out of range.
BlackBelt has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Lott looks to land a combination. BlackBelt sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

BlackBelt is rocked!
Lott walks forward and throws a big overhand right! BlackBelt drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Lott swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from BlackBelt's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
