Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jake Ayres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duck Fiddel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fiddel has chosen I'm Shipping up to Boston - Dropkick Murphys as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Duck Fiddel!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Summer Carpenter and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ayres gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Ayres tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Fiddel is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Ayres buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Ayres!! Ayres is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Fiddel throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Duck Fiddel!
A less than humble Duck Fiddel misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
