Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ceasar Tomson Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dong Chim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Tomson Jr might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Gangsta Bounce. Ceasar Tomson Jr has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ceasar Tomson Jr!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Dong Chim!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, William Peck and Yves DeLean.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tomson Jr digs a good body shot into Chim's ribs.

Chim throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Tomson Jr was covering up waiting for the punch and Chim finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Chim prevents Tomson Jr from getting back to his feet.
My spies in Korea Elite MMA inform me that Chim has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Chim's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Tomson Jr is refusing to be controlled, as Chim sits in half guard.
Chim is taking a breather. Tomson Jr says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Chim takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Chim turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Chim manages to end up in side control.

Chim wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Tomson Jr, who protects the arm well.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Let's hope that Chim has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

The referee asks Chim politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Chim prefers to stall for the moment though.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Chim has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Tomson Jr is defending well but eventually Chim manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Tomson Jr has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:49 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Dong Chim!
Dong Chim decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
