Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kimura Lim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Takeru Takeya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Takeya.
Takeya fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Nice sprawl there from Lim as Takeya shoots in.
Kimura Lim has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Takeru Takeya.
Takeya shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lim as he avoids it easily.
Takeya closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lim circles away.
Lim defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Takeya.
Takeya shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lim but Lim pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Takeya dives in for a single leg takedown but Lim sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Lim drags the fight down to the ground.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Lim wants to sweep but no luck.

Takeya got a little sloppy there for a moment and Lim has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Takeya has managed to get both his arms back between Lim's legs - danger averted.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Takeya accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Lim looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Takeya has picked Lim up and slammed him! Lim can't keep hold of the triangle and Takeya manages to pass to side control!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lim is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Takeya lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Lim down.
Lim tries to buck Takeya off but Takeya is having none of it.

Takeya has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Takeya looks up at the clock and then as Lim takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Takeya smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Takeya lands a strong strike to the head of Lim. That's dazed him! Takeya looking to finish here. Lim is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Takeya lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
