Souza throws a push kick but Sonova slaps the foot to one side.
Sonova keeps the fight on the outside.
Souza closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sonova circles away.
Souza tries to clinch but Sonova is having none of it.
Souza throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Souza throws a head kick but Sonova moves out of range.
Sonova missing with a left hand there. Souza was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Souza moves away from the strike by Sonova.
Souza with a lazy takedown attempt
and Sonova counters with a nice double leg into side control. Souza won't be happy with that.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Sonova scores with a couple of short elbows.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Souza can do anything to dispel that myth.
Sonova scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Souza to see if he's OK.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sonova is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Souza looks calm but he's in trouble here. Sonova gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Souza is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Sonova lets go of the hold and Souza can pop his arm back in it's socket.

Bruno Sonova spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
