The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Tiny Johnson and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Jackson.
Smith dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Jackson throws a right and a left that Smith avoids nicely.
A bone on bone clash there as Smith blocks the leg kick.
Smith misses with a series of wild punches.
Smith scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Jackson doesn't seem bothered though.
Jackson has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Jackson there as he acknowledges the shot.
Smith stuns Jackson with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Jackson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Smith moves away.
Jackson walks into a left hand.
Jackson doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Smith, right into the meat.
Smith seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Smith throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Jackson chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Smith can pounce on him.
Smith connects with a looping right hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jackson throws a head kick but Smith moves out of range.
Jackson takes one to the chin there.
Jackson walks into a straight right hand from Smith.

Smith lands a jab to the nose.

Jackson with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Smith to score with a decent uppercut.
Jackson is still on wobbly legs! Can Smith finish him?

Jackson throws a series of punches but Smith avoids them all with ease.

Smith is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Jackson swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Smith counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Jackson misses with a jab, cross combination.
Smith with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Donk. Smith catches Jackson right on the button with a cross.
Smith drops Jackson with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Jackson! Smith dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
