Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Don Key (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenji Okabe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Key comes to the cage accompanied by EYELID - REGENERATE. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 27 - 7 - 2, fighting out of Los Angeles, Don Key!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 31 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kenji Okabe!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Seu Braga and Felipe Paraventi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Okabe.
Okabe scores with a decent looking hook.
Key fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Okabe defending well as Key loads up on a big left hand.
Okabe throws a big shot that misses.

Okabe tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Key was well out of range. Poor timing from Okabe.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Kenji Okabe wasn't active enough on the ground.

Key walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Okabe checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Okabe takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Key throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Key goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

Okabe lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Okabe fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Key on the side of the head.

Key thows a body kick. Okabe tries to catch it but that hurt him.
A nice inside leg kick there by Key. That's going to slow Okabe down.

and Okabe counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Okabe.

Okabe seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Key does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Key drops his hands momentarily and Okabe takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Okabe throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Key stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
