Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Sutter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dre Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Sutter is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Parker pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Sutter has had enough of the clinch but Parker keeps him there for the moment.

Sutter fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Parker manages to avoid it.

Sutter tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Parker defends well and Sutter ends up having to push Parker into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Parker leaves Sutter with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Parker thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Sutter if he has to take too many more of those.
Dre Parker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sutter throws a shot from downtown. Parker moves away and avoids it.
Parker lands a nice shot that snaps Sutter's head back.

Parker throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Parker uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Sutter.

Sutter loses concentration momentarily and Parker pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Sutter crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Parker finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.

In his post fight interview, Dre Parker started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
