Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Fernando Weissenberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lenny Lewis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lewis has chosen Eminem & Royce Da 5'9 - Above the Law as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weissenberg lands a leg kick that knocks Lewis off balance momentarily.
Weissenberg throws a one two combo.

It looks like Lenny Lewis has been cut.
Lewis dives in for a single leg takedown but Weissenberg sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Weissenberg is fighting off a takedown attempt but Lewis is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Weissenberg to the mat. Weissenberg regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Lewis working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Lewis stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Weissenberg swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Lewis avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Weissenberg digs a good body shot into Lewis's ribs.
Weissenberg lands a really nice looking cross but Lewis seems unphased.
Fernando Weissenberg is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Lewis darts in looking for a takedown but Weissenberg gets double underhooks and turns Lewis into the cage.
Weissenberg tries to break the clinch but Lewis is controlling the position.

Lewis drops down looking for an ankle pick but Weissenberg pulls his leg out and moves away.
Weissenberg stalks Lewis and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Lewis's face. Lewis staggers backwards, shaken.
Weissenberg is working the combinations to good effect here.

Weissenberg connects with a good right hand that stumbles Lewis. Lewis circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Weissenberg throws a head kick but Lewis moves out of range.
Lewis fails with a takedown attempt.
Weissenberg attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Lewis has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Lewis tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Weissenberg swivels and escapes.

Lewis tries to close the distance and clinch but Weissenberg swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Nice takedown defense from Weissenberg. No joy for Lewis on that attempt.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Weissenberg lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Lewis backs up against the cage.

Lewis is rocked!
Weissenberg moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Lewis is still on wobbly legs! Can Weissenberg finish him?

That has opened up Lenny Lewis's cut even more.
Lewis misses with a jab, cross combination.
Weissenberg connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Weissenberg tries a head kick but it misses.
Lewis seems to have recovered his senses.
Weissenberg lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Lewis goes down and covers up as Weissenberg starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
