Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tristan Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Francisco Montenegro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Montenegro forces Lee back against the cage and clinches.
Lee is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Montenegro pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Montenegro makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Lee's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Lee seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Montenegro does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Lee is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Montenegro is just riding it out for now. Lee eventually gives up the hold.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Lee seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Montenegro does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Lee feints and as Montenegro raises his hands in defense, Lee changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Montenegro is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Lee dives into side control.
Montenegro wants to get back to his feet but Lee drags him back down.

Lee has hold of Montenegro's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Montenegro tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Lee cranks the arm and Montenegro screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Montenegro, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

A very excited looking Tristan Lee made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
