PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between James Herbst (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Heinz Doofenshmirtz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Herbst comes into the arena with How can I become a Bawlaa blaring out of the sound system. Doofenshmirtz is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Feuer Frei -by- Rammstein. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Herbst moves out of range as Doofenshmirtz throws a body kick.
Herbst ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Doofenshmirtz moves away.
Herbst moves out of range of the strikes.
Herbst tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Doofenshmirtz was well out of range. Poor timing from Herbst.

Doofenshmirtz lands a nice looking body kick.
Herbst checks a low kick from Doofenshmirtz.
Herbst lands with a right hand.
Herbst looks to throw the jab but Doofenshmirtz is out of range.
Doofenshmirtz moves away from the strike by Herbst.
Doofenshmirtz lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Doofenshmirtz lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Doofenshmirtz tries to clinch but Herbst is having none of it.
Doofenshmirtz feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Herbsts jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Doofenshmirtz moves forwards but Herbst connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Left hook, right uppercut from Herbst.

It looks like Heinz Doofenshmirtz has been cut.
Doofenshmirtz throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Doofenshmirtz stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Doofenshmirtz connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Herbst's hands.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Doofenshmirtz throws the kick towards the body but Herbst avoids it.
Doofenshmirtz throws a front kick to the face that drops Herbst face first to the mat! Oh, he's in big trouble! He's stumbling all over the place and has face planted into the ropes, causing the referee to call an end to the fight! What a finish!
