Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vinnie Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Nuno Martins!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones looks to score with a jab to the body but Martins is just out of range.
Jones checks a leg kick.
Jones wants to clinch up but Martins keeps it at a distance.
Jones slips a jab from Martins.
Martins throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Jones forces Martins back against the cage and clinches.
Jones misses with the head strike.
Jones misses with some punches.
Jones blocks a body shot from Martins.
Martins blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Martins manages to break the clinch.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Martins can do anything to dispel that myth.
Jones stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Martins swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Jones can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Martins is looking to escape.
Martins is looking to improve his position but Jones isn't that keen on the idea.

Jones with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

Jones seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Martins does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Jones has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Vinnie Jones wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Martins takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Martins throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Jones.

That was a close second round but I would say that Vinnie Jones will probably get the nod.

Martins leaves Jones with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Nuno Martins seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Jones swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Martins lets loose with a powerful body kick. Jones will feel that in the morning.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jones throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Martins's waist but Martins gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jones off to one side.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Jones checks a leg kick.
Jones takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Nuno Martins comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
