Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bernard Benton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mister Love (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Benton's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, N.W.A - Straight Outta Compton. Love has chosen You ready as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Bernard Benton has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Bernard Benton seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bernard Benton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mister Love!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Love will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Love has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Benton lands a really nice looking cross but Love seems unphased.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Bernard Benton.
Benton ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Love moves away.
