Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Dylan Sampson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mirko McCracken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Mirko McCracken was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dylan Sampson!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mirko McCracken!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Eddie Farnsworth and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCracken throws a sloppy head kick and Sampson moves out of range easily.
McCracken scores with a jab.
It looks like Dylan Sampson has been cut.
McCracken has Sampson up against the cage in a clinch.
McCracken lands an elbow inside.
McCracken blocks a body shot from Sampson.
McCracken breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
McCracken swats away the attempt to clinch by Sampson.
Sampson tries a head kick but it misses.
McCracken showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Sampson.
The fight stays on the outside here - Sampson looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts McCracken, as that shot connected.
Dylan Sampson's cut is getting worse.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
McCracken forces Sampson back against the cage and clinches.
Sampson takes a shot to the head.
McCracken lands a hook that snaps the head of Sampson backwards.
Sampson is trying to force a seperation but McCracken has the dominant position.
Sampson wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sampson stalling in the clinch but McCracken improves position.
McCracken pressing his opponent against the cage.
McCracken pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
McCracken gets in close and instigates a clinch.
McCracken lands an uppercut.
Dylan Sampson's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Sampson blocks the elbow strike.
McCracken breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
McCracken rushes Sampson and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
McCracken's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
McCracken turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Mirko McCracken seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sampson showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from McCracken.
McCracken looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
McCracken fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The fight stays on the outside here - Sampson looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

McCracken throws a quick inside leg kick.
Sampson walks into a stiff left hand from McCracken.
Sampson is breathing heavily.
McCracken circles away from the clinch attempt.
That kick from McCracken tenderised Sampson's leg. Sampson is trying to keep his angry face on.
McCracken lands a slapping body shot.
McCracken cracks Sampson with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Sampson is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Sampson is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9,10! He's out! Sampson could not beat the count!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Mirko McCracken!
