Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kun Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jem Mace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kun Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jem Mace!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Summer Carpenter and Hugh Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mace throws a sloppy body shot
and Lee makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Mace looks to score with a jab to the body but Lee is just out of range.
Lee has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Mace finds it's way round the side to connect with Lee's head.
Mace misses with a combination
and Lee counters with a one-two to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Mace rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lee moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Mace missing with a left hand there. Lee was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Lee changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mace tries to avoid it but Lee manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mace to the ground. Mace escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Mace swinging wildly here.
Mace misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Lee.
Mace fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Mace fails to land with a series of punches.
Lee throws the kick towards the body but Mace avoids it.
Lee misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

and Lee counters with a nice kick to the body.

Mace looks winded!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Mace closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Lee fails with the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kun Lee. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mace jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Lee tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mace swivels and escapes.
Mace swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Lee slips a straight right by Mace.
Mace throws an off balance right hand
and Lee counters with a good, hard body kick but Mace shrugs it off.

Lee lands a big head kick that sends Mace tumbling to the mat! Lee takes a step backwards and waves Mace back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Mace is rocked!
Jem Mace is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mace wants to stay close but Lee steps back to make room for something. Mace seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Lee and Mace drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
