Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adam Falcon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lath Hoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hoy is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Go Ninja-Vanilla Ice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoy displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Falcon throws out the jab.
Hoy loads up on a big right hand but Falcon slips the punch.
Falcon fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hoy manages to avoid it.
Hoy ducks right into an uppercut from Falcon.
Falcon lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Falcon misses with a hook. Hoy ducked under it nicely.
Hoy staying out of range there.
Hoy misses with a straight left.
Falcon throws a hook but Hoy avoids it easily.
Falcon takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Hoy uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Falcon.
Falcon throws a series of punches but Hoy avoids them all with ease.
Hoy tries to move into range but Falcon moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Hoy misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Falcon.
Falcon misses with a hook.
Hoy moves away from the strike by Falcon.
Hoy throws a jab when Falcon was well out of range.
Falcon thows a body shot but no joy.
Falcon swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Falcon on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Hoy bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Falcon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hoy moves away.
Falcon throws out a loose jab but Hoy uses good head movement to avoid it.
Falcon takes a swing at Hoy's ribcage but misses.
Hoy bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Falcon throws a jab but it's blocked by Hoy.
Hoy looks to score with a jab to the body but Falcon is just out of range.
Hoy connects with a looping right hand.
Jab, jab by Hoy - just one landing.

Hoy darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Hoy is working for a kimura but Falcon is defending it quite comfortably.
Hoy not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Hoy seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Falcon does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Hoy tries to pass the half guard into mount. Falcon knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Hoy trying to control from Falcon's half guard. Falcon has other ideas though and has regained full guard.
Falcon is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Hoy is controlling him.
Hoy is pushing down on Falcon's leg trying to pass to half guard. Falcon is fighting to maintain full guard but Hoy has managed to sneak the leg through.
Hoy stops Falcon from getting back to his feet.
Hoy wants to pass to mount but Falcon is defending the position.

Hoy seems to be looking for submissions.

Hoy maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Falcon could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Hoy has cracked it and Falcon is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Hoy!
