Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Christopher McCormick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tarmo Suulas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McCormick comes to the cage accompanied by Shipping up to Boston. Suulas has chosen Hollywood Undead - Undead as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suulas tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but McCormick paws at him with a jab and circles away.
McCormick misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
McCormick avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Suulas tries to clinch but fails miserably
and McCormick counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Suulas looks to clinch
and McCormick counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Suulas is looking to clinch but McCormick is avoiding it.
McCormick swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
McCormick goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
McCormick lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

McCormick throws a low kick, looking for Suulas's leg but Suulas calmly moves out of range.

and Suulas makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
McCormick bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Suulas's head.
Suulas tries to clinch but McCormick is having none of it.

and Suulas counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Suulas.

McCormick misses with a hook from the clinch.
McCormick has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

McCormick takes a swing at Suulas's ribcage but misses.
McCormick keeps the fight on the outside.

McCormick tries to keep at a distance but Suulas has taken the fight into the clinch.
A nice left hand lands by Suulas.

A head punch blocked on the inside by McCormick.
Suulas jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as McCormick walks away with a smile on his face. Suulas gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Suulas moves into the clinch successfully.
McCormick lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Suulas trying to control the position but instead, McCormick has worked for underhooks and has pushed Suulas into the cage.

McCormick breaks the clinch.
Suulas throws a right and a left that McCormick avoids nicely.
McCormick bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Suulas's head.
McCormick missing with a left hand there. Suulas was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Suulas wants to clinch.
McCormick connects with a solid leg kick.
Suulas tries to close the distance and clinch but McCormick swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Suulas ducks under a wild hook from McCormick.

McCormick throws the left hand but Suulas avoids the punch easily.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

and McCormick makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

McCormick closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Suulas! McCormick dives in looking to finish! Suulas is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
