The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kouya throws a sloppy head kick and Miller moves out of range easily.
Kouya tries to clinch but Miller moves out of range.
Kouya fails with an attempt to clinch.
Miller walks forward, straight into a front kick from Kouya.
Kouya tries to close the distance and clinch but Miller swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Miller throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Kouya escapes and throws Miller's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Miller tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Kouya smiles and moves away.

Miller gets control of Kouya's arms and successfully pulls guard. Miller will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

It looks like Hans Miller has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Kouya! Miller is out on his feet! Kouya rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Miller is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Miller is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
