The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Latendresse shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tlusty pinned against the cage. Tlusty gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Latendresse dodges the punch combination from Tlusty.
Tlusty misses with a series of wild punches.
Latendresse takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Tlusty scores with a jab to the body.

Latendresse closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Tlusty to the mat! Tlusty manages to get full guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Tlusty can do anything to dispel that myth.
Latendresse is working Tlusty over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Latendresse arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Tlusty's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
