Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jari Juntta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tonothan Kuhula (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Kuhula's choice of entrance music: Native Drums from the South Pacific. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kuhula just misses with a punch to the body.
Kuhula scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Juntta doesn't seem bothered though.
Jab, jab by Kuhula - just one landing.
Juntta has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Juntta there as he acknowledges the shot.
Juntta misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Juntta throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kuhula's waist but Kuhula gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Juntta off to one side.
Juntta uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kuhula.
Kuhula's jab looks to have found its range, popping Juntta under the eye.
Kuhula is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Kuhula throws a hook but Juntta avoids it easily.

Juntta fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kuhula avoids it really well and circles away.

Juntta has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Nordic Top Team in the buildup to the fight.
Juntta shoots in looking for a takedown but Kuhula manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Juntta's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Kuhula looks to score with a jab to the body but Juntta is just out of range.

Juntta is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Kuhula's half guard.
Kuhula is pressing down on Juntta's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Juntta wants to control from the top but Kuhula keeps moving.

Kuhula wants to stand up but Juntta has a hold of him and won't allow it.

Juntta is doing well to control the position and prevent Kuhula from advancing to side control.
Juntta is looking to improve his position.
Juntta is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Kuhula's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Kuhula's back!

Juntta scores with a nice shot to the head of his opponent. Kuhula is looking for a way out.
It looks like Tonothan Kuhula has been cut.

Kuhula really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Juntta. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Juntta throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Kuhula!
Juntta has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Kuhula tries to escape the position.

Juntta lands with a hammerfist to the side of Kuhula's head.
That has opened up Tonothan Kuhula's cut even more.
Juntta throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Kuhula!
Tonothan Kuhula's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Tonothan Kuhula's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Jari Juntta!
