Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Aja Adoov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Swain Handerson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Swain Handerson will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Adoov closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Handerson did well to prevent Adoov getting side control.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Adoov looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.

Adoov is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Handerson defends it well.

Adoov is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Handerson sees it coming and defends easily.

Adoov is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Adoov is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Handerson is just riding it out for now. Adoov eventually gives up the hold.

Adoov has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Handerson defend it? Adoov steps over the head and cranks it - Handerson is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Adoov!

Aja Adoov spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
