Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Brock Cormier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Olek Furczyk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Furczyk moves out of range as Cormier throws a body kick.
Cormier fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Furczyk throws a head kick that misses.
Furczyk changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Furczyk's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Furczyk duly obliges.
Cormier has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Furczyk.

Furczyk lands a left and a right that send Cormier crashing to the mat, dazed. Furczyk thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Furczyk moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Furczyk tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Cormier defends well and Furczyk ends up having to push Cormier into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Furczyk shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Cormier eats them both and turns towards Furczyk to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Cormier shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Furczyk defends it nicely.

Olek Furczyk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cormier shoots in but no luck this time.
Furczyk stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Furczyk throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Cormier.
Cormier closes this distance looking for a takedown but Furczyk circles away.

Furczyk lands a head kick!
Furczyk throws a leg kick which misses Cormier's front leg but catches the back leg as Cormier tries to avoid it.
Nice takedown defense from Cormier. No joy for Furczyk on that attempt.

Cormier decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Cormier is thwarting Furczyk's attempts to control the position.
Furczyk wants to stand back up but Cormier manages to pass into side control.

Cormier is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Furczyk looks calm but he's in trouble here. Cormier gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Furczyk is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Cormier lets go of the hold and Furczyk can pop his arm back in it's socket.
