Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Fuko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Saboh Soth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fuko comes to the cage accompanied by Song For The Dumped by Ben Folds Five. Saboh Soth is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, John Roberts and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fuko gets caught napping as Soth dives in and scores a takedown. Fuko manages to retain guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Fuko escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Soth gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Soth is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Fuko working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Soth doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Soth manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Fuko looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Soth with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Soth tries to close the distance and clinch up but Fuko swats him away and circles back towards the center.
