Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Javier Herrero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shin Fujiwara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fujiwara has chosen Mama said Knock you out - LL Cool J as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Herrero throws the left hand but Fujiwara avoids the punch easily.
Herrero throws a wild body kick that Fujiwara sees coming a mile off.
Fujiwara tries to clinch there but Herrero circles away.
Herrero's corner calls for a 1-2. Herrero obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Herrero lands with a cross.

It looks like Shin Fujiwara has been cut.
Fujiwara moves in looking to clinch but Herrero pushes him off.
Fujiwara moves out of range of the strikes.
Herrero throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Fujiwara sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Herrero tries to work over Fujiwara's front leg with a kick but Fujiwara checks it.
Herrero throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Fujiwara slips under a jab from Herrero.
Herrero just misses with a punch to the body.

Fujiwara closes the distance and pushes Herrero back into the cage.

Fujiwara escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Herrero looks to throw the jab but Fujiwara is out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Fujiwara doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Fujiwara fails with a takedown attempt.
Herrero throws a right hand that Fujiwara ducks under and follows up with a left that Fujiwara also avoids with ease.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Herrero throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Fujiwara stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
A head kick misses from Fujiwara.
Fujiwara looks winded!
A cross from Herrero lands.
Javier Herrero seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Herrero throws a hook but Fujiwara avoids it easily.
Fujiwara will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Herrero lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Herrero cracks Fujiwara with a right hand to the side of the head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Fujiwara is looking to clinch.
Herrero pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Some wild striking there from Herrero.
Herrero walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Fujiwara checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Herrero misses the jab.
Herrero takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Fujiwara is rocked!
Herrero connects with a stiff jab that staggers Fujiwara - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
