PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sanex Lewis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gevorg Petrosyan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Lewis might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Snoop DoGG. Petrosyan is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: No Turning Back - Stand and Fight. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petrosyan moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Petrosyan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Lewis tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Petrosyan lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Lewis or not.

Petrosyan's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Lewis slips under a jab from Petrosyan.

and Petrosyan counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Petrosyan scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Lewis goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Petrosyan is on top in guard.

Petrosyan stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Lewis has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Petrosyan manages to get his head free but now Lewis has transitioned to an armbar! Petrosyan grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Lewis! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
