The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tracy clinches up against the ropes.
Doe looking to stall.

Tracy has Doe pressed up against the ropes. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Tracy pulls back from the ropes and twists to the side, sending Doe tumbling to the mat - Tracy dives into Doe's guard.
Tracy wants to stand and escape but instead Doe has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Tracy is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Doe is controlling him.

Tracy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Doe. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Doe is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Tracy wants to stand but Doe is controlling the position.

Doe sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Tracy's guard.
Doe slows the pace down in half guard.
Doe uses his free foot to push down on Tracy's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Tracy.

Doe working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Tracy looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Doe! Submission of the night perhaps?

A very excited looking John Doe rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
