The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Majkan shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Sizov napping and manages to drive through into side control!
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

It looks like Oleg Sizov has been cut.
Majkan has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Majkan looks to land a strike but Sizov avoids it nicely and regains full guard.

Majkan got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sizov has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Majkan has managed to get both his arms back between Sizov's legs - danger averted.
