Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Gwen Towbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown shoots for a takedown but Jones saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Brown throws out a loose jab but Jones uses good head movement to avoid it.
Jones ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Jones displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Brown shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jones but Jones pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Jones rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Brown moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Brown misses with a series of wild punches.

Brown shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Brown showed some decent athleticism there.
Brown wants to control but Jones is keeping him busy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Brown wants to pass to mount but Jones is defending the position.
Jones is looking for a sweep. Brown is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Brown is looking for a kimura but Jones is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Brown to get the leverage.
Jones is trying to stand.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Brown is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Jones is just riding it out for now. Brown eventually gives up the hold.
Brown tries to pass the half guard into mount. Jones knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Brown seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jones does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Jones might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Jones throws a series of punches but Brown moves out of range.
Brown shoots in for a double leg but Jones sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Jakamo Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Brown.
Jones throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Brown shoots for a takedown but Jones saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Jones fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Brown looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Jones stuffs the takedown attempt from Brown. Brown gets slowly back to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Brown throws a jab when Jones was well out of range.
Brown shoots for a takedown but Jones saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Jones misses with a body shot.
Brown has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Jones finds it's way round the side to connect with Brown's head.
Jones throws a shot to the body.
Brown looks gassed!
Brown will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Jones lands a two punch combo.

Brown is rocked!
Jones comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Jones fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Jones misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Brown takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Brown is still on wobbly legs! Can Jones finish him?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jones lands with a big right hook that stumbles Brown - he's out on his feet here! Jones follows up with another monster hook that separates Brown from consciousness! Brown falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Jones stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
