Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daron Buxton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buxton comes into the arena with Tech N9ne - He's A Mental Giant blaring out of the sound system. Lesnar has chosen here comes the pain as his entrance music. Daron Buxton has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buxton throws a right and a left that both miss.
Buxton throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Buxton fails with an attempt to clinch.
Buxton throws a hook to the side of Lesnar's head but Lesnar sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Good shot there by Buxton.

It looks like Brock Lesnar has been cut.
Buxton misses with a two punch combination.
Lesnar slips a jab and a cross from Buxton.
Lesnar steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Buxton.

Buxton waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Lesnar. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Lesnar to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

Lesnar is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lesnar is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Lesnar is still in real trouble! Can Buxton finish him?
Buxton gets to his feet and stands over Lesnar, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Lesnar felt that one! Buxton unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Lesnar from any more punishment!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Daron Buxton!
After winning the bout, Daron Buxton thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
