Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Assuerio Dos Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tvirkmantas Kuvalda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dos Santos comes into the arena with Ratamahatta blaring out of the sound system. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Dos Santos will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Kuvalda misses with an uppercut
and Dos Santos counters with a straight right hand.
Kuvalda tries for a takedown but Dos Santos sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Kuvalda throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Dos Santos's waist but Dos Santos gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kuvalda off to one side.
Dos Santos misses with the combination.
Dos Santos connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Kuvalda walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kuvalda shoots in for a double leg but Dos Santos sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Assuerio Dos Santos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tvirkmantas Kuvalda.
Kuvalda backs away from a small jab... but Dos Santos lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Kuvalda crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Dos Santos with a spectacular finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Assuerio Dos Santos!
