Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Diego Gelder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kay Olubiy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Olubiy is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by hitman. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Kay Olubiy enters the ring!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gelder tries to close the distance and clinch up but Olubiy swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Gelder fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Gelder avoids the head kick by Olubiy.
Olubiy fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Gelder lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Olubiy backs up against the ropes.
The fight stays on the outside here - Gelder looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Olubiy shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gelder but Gelder pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Olubiy tries to keep at a distance but Gelder has taken the fight into the clinch.
Gelder jumps guard but Olubiy stands there with Gelder around his waist. Gelder gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Gelder has his opponent pinned against the ropes, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Olubiy's face.

Gelder jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Olubiy manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Gelder feints and as Olubiy raises his hands in defense, Gelder changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
