The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McQueen lands a jab.
Porter throws a right hand that McQueen ducks under and follows up with a left that McQueen also avoids with ease.
The fighters circling - McQueen throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
McQueen scores with a nice right hand.
McQueen lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
No joy there for Porter, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Porter misses with a series of wild punches.
McQueen works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Porter misses with a combination
and McQueen counters with a left and a right that stings Porter.
Porter swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Porter throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
McQueen's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and McQueen duly obliges.

Porter is rocked!

It looks like Johnny Porter has been cut.
Porter drops his hands momentarily. McQueen doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Porter staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Porter doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
