The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lee shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Sanchez manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Sanchez is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at GnP Factory Elite Gym that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Lee stops Sanchez from standing up.
Lee trying to control the position from guard on top but Sanchez is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Sanchez wants to stand and escape but Lee is having none of it.
Lee controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Alex Lee was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Lee gets tackled into the cage by Sanchez. Sanchez maintains the clinch.
The referee calls for Sanchez to work.
Sanchez wants to break free but Lee has control.

Lee blocks a body shot from Sanchez.

Sanchez's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Sanchez could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Sanchez throws a combination. Lee tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Sanchez lands a big head kick that sends Lee tumbling to the mat! Sanchez takes a step backwards and waves Lee back to his feet - he wants the finish!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Sanchez fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Lee looks winded!

Sanchez closes the distance and pushes Lee back into the cage.

Sanchez breaks from the clinch.

Sanchez feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Lee sprawling to the canvas! Lee rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Sanchez finish him?!

Lee is rocked!

Lee seems to have recovered his senses.

Sanchez has closed the distance and engaged Lee in a clinch.

Lee with a poor takedown
and Sanchez comes in over the top with a devastating right hand! Lee stumbles back against the cage, looking to regain his senses but Sanchez is on him like rabid pit bull! Lee slumps to the ground under a storm of punches and this fight is over!
