Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rich Silva Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacob Preston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva Jr fakes the leg kick and cracks Preston in the body.

Preston really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Silva Jr. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Silva Jr is taking a breather. Preston says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That has opened up Jacob Preston's cut even more.

Silva Jr softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Preston is out cold! Silva Jr jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
