Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pat Sumrall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darius Elerman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 30 - 25 - 0, fighting out of London, Pat Sumrall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Darius Elerman!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Aafke Stam and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Elerman tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Sumrall moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Elerman takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Sumrall lands a nice hook to Elerman's body. Elerman takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Sumrall moves into range and connects with a jab.
Elerman slips a jab and a cross from Sumrall.
Elerman blocks a head kick by Sumrall.
Sumrall throws a hook but Elerman blocks it.
Elerman shoots in looking for a takedown. Sumrall tries to sprawl out of it but Elerman keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sumrall manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Sumrall tries to close the distance and clinch but Elerman swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Elerman is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Sumrall's half guard.
Sumrall works his way to full guard. Good work.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sumrall wants to stand and escape but Elerman is having none of it.
Elerman scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

Sumrall tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Elerman wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Sumrall is desperately trying to improve his position but Elerman has a good base and remains in mount.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Sumrall throws a leg kick which misses Elerman's front leg but catches the back leg as Elerman tries to avoid it.

Sumrall clinches up with Elerman and pushes him back against the cage.

Sumrall throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Sumrall lands a nice elbow from the clinch.


It looks like Darius Elerman has been cut.

Elerman has Sumrall pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Elerman pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Sumrall tumbling to the mat - Elerman dives into Sumrall's guard.

Sumrall wants to get back to his feet but Elerman passes into half guard.

Elerman wants to take a breather but Sumrall is having none of it.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Elerman shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Sumrall's guard.
Elerman wants to control from the top but Sumrall keeps moving.
Elerman sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Sumrall's guard.
Elerman is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Sumrall!

Elerman won't let Sumrall get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

Elerman wants to control the pace but Sumrall is squirming around nicely.

Sumrall's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Elerman unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Sumrall wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Elerman celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
