Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Easy Win (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Hardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Easy Win!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kevin Hardy!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Wagner Zegers and Paul Aken.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Win clinches.

Win has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Hardy is trying to keep an underhook but Win manages to get the takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Win is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Hardy is trying to maintain the position but Win is very close to passing his half guard.
Win really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Win wants to pass the guard but Hardy is defending well.
Win passes to full mount!
Win tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Hardy tries to hold on but Win postures up.

Hardy is trying to escape the mount.
Hardy felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Hardy tries to hold on but Win pushes him away.
Win looking to control and managing it successfully.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hardy is looking to improve his position but Win isn't that keen on the idea.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Easy Win just wasn't active enough.
Hardy lands with a right hand.

Hardy cracks Win with an uppercut from hell and Win crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Hardy's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!


Win is rocked!
Win looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Win is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Oh Win is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Win pulls Hardy in close to prevent any damage.

Hardy is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Win is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Win has escaped and now he's on top!
Win seems to have got his legs back now.
Win is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Hardy is trying to control the position from the bottom.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Hardy is looking for a triangle but Win pushes his legs off easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Hardy swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Win.
Win is looking to clinch.
Hardy circles away from the clinch attempt.

Win has Hardy pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Win pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Hardy tumbling to the mat - Win dives into Hardy's guard.
Hardy is trying to hold Win in close to prevent damage but Win has managed to pass into half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Win in particular looking to stall.

Easy Win overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Hardy tries to roll over but Win keeps him under control.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Easy Win has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Win moves into the clinch.
Win scores with a nice hook to the head.

Win tightens his grip and picks Hardy up, before dumping him to the ground. Hardy manages to land in guard.

Hardy looking to control.
Win is pushing down on Hardy's leg trying to pass to half guard. Hardy is fighting to maintain full guard but Win has managed to sneak the leg through.
Hardy is trying to maintain the position but Win is very close to passing his half guard.
Win slows the pace down in half guard.
Win trying to mount his opponent but Hardy defends it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Well, if Win is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Easy Win just wasn't active enough.

Win has closed the distance and engaged Hardy in a clinch.

Win is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Hardy can't fight it off and eventually Win manages to take the fight to the floor. Hardy looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Win wants to pass the guard but Hardy is keeping the position.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Hardy looking to control.
Hardy keeping full guard, as Win tries to pass.
Hardy is trying to keep Win in close.
Win sitting in guard, not really doing much.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Win has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Easy Win.

Win moves into the clinch.

Win lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Easy Win dominated that second round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!


Hardy connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Win's hands.
Win with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Hardy to score with a decent uppercut.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Win has Hardy pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Hardy manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Hardy is fighting off a takedown attempt but Win is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Hardy to the mat. Hardy regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Win is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Win trying to control the position from guard on top but Hardy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Hardy is looking for a triangle but Win pushes his legs off easily.

Win tries to move into full mount but can't pass Hardy's legs.
Win wants to control but Hardy is keeping him busy.
Hardy being controlled for a moment.
Hardy is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Win controls the position from side control.
Kevin Hardy has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Easy Win is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Easy Win has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Win fails with an attempt to clinch.
Hardy uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Win has time to react.
Win tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hardy swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Win in particular looking to stall.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Easy Win just wasn't active enough.
Hardy scores with a jab. Win acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Hardy missing with a left hand there. Win was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Hardy throws a lazy right hand but Win sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Win lands with an overhand left.
Win tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Hardy manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
The fighters circling - Hardy throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Win ducks straight into an uppercut from Hardy and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Win manages to regain guard straight away.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Win has control of Hardy's left arm, preventing Hardy from doing any damage.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Win wants to sweep here but Hardy controlling him for the moment.
Hardy with a flurry of punches that miss.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Easy Win.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Win, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A less than humble Easy Win misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
